WELCOME,
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist who specialises in helping women and men who find themselves in difficult life situations.
From time to time we all need professional help to cope with stresses and changes in our lives: relationship crises, conflict at work, loss and grief, marriage, divorce, parenting, mid-life choices…The list is endless as the pressures on us all to achieve in all areas of our lives seems to forever increase.
My aim is to provide a space where you can feel safe to discuss difficult feelings and thoughts in complete confidence. I will support you in a compassionate, professional and non-judgemental way, to find new ways of looking at problems, and new skills to deal with them.
My seven year training as a counselling psychologist allows me the flexibility to draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches. We can work together to find what is most helpful to you at this time in your life to make a real difference.
For some this may be Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an effective brief therapy that can work well with between six and twelve sessions. Others choose to see me on an ongoing basis, which may be fortnightly or monthly, to work with them as a psychological coach to achieve their full potential in all aspects of life.
I now also offer an intensive, one-off two-hour session, based on the
Fast Therapy work I have done for Psychologies magazine.
I am based at Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms in Covent Garden, central London.
